Customer Service is very important to us, and we want everything that is ordered to be the right size, color, and style. All special orders are final sale (dresses not in our stock). Please contact us at 631 696-6033 for a return authorization number which must be written outside the box when shipped back to us. We will allow 5 days once the merchandise is received to be returned back to us in it's original condition and packaging. We do not give refunds on our dressy selection. We will offer a store credit that has no expiration date. The store credit is good for online store and our in store location at Selden, New York.
If return authorization is given merchandise must be unused and unaltered with all hand tags and lables in their original positions. If merchandise is not in the same condition we shipped it to you we will not accept the goods. We must receive the merchandise immedietly after recieved. Allowing you 5 days to return merchandise and recieved by us. If the merchadise is not returned in the time frame allowed we will not accept the return.
You may contact us as at 631 696-6033 Monday through Friday 10:30am to 7pm or Saturday and Sunday from 12am to 5pm. Under no circumstances will returns or exchanges be given after 5 days.
All Returned goods must be shipped back to us at customers expense. We recommend that merchandise be sent via ups, fed express, usps with proof of delivery.
