We want our value customers to be happy with their purchase and we will do everything we can to make sure your order is as you expected and  current size.  Most of our dresses on-line are special orders and all  special orders are non-refundable and are Final Sale.  If you may need a different size we will exchange  the same dress for the correct size., but their will be a re-stocking fee of 20% and shipping charges are not refundable. (All size exchanges must be requested within 5 days of merchandise arrival) If you live in the Long Island area, we recommend  all  online special order  to come visit our store location in Selden for proper fitting measurements or to try on the correct size to order and not cause any delays in delivery.  Some styles that are not special order may be return for a store credit voucher.
